Viewed from the exact altitude. Nashville sprawls along its corridors, not much density compared to the smaller Memphis metropolitan area. We need density.

What a view Church St. is starting to have.

Sort of with CoVId, maybe. A small slowdown but not an absolute stop on projects. Nashville just has too much momentum going for it.

Saw around 7 trucks packed with steel, probably all heading towards the Yards?

Amazon 2 looks much taller than Amazon 1, going by the renderings it should be topped out now. Hopefully though, there’s some surprise and we get a 30 story Amazon 2.
