Looking through the rezoning petitions today and stumbled upon this one along W Morehead and Wilkinson from M5 Properties. It’s a pretty decent sized swath of land (8.5 acres). Any insight as to what’s happening here? Unfortunately there’s no site plan or detailed information.

Makes sense. Being in the neighborhood hopefully this comes to fruition soon. No news is better than bad news I suppose. It’ll be nice to see more development spilling over this way. -
