The clubhouse and pool component makes this seem so separate and unto itself. Based on the existing terrain and site layout, they must be planning to come in and flatten the site, which is also unfortunate. 

    After the YMCA pulled out of the agreement to develop that property Verdae was definitely lost on what to do next.  At least there will be a pool component for Hollingsworth Park that comes out of this project since the pool and clubhouse will be separate from the subdivision.

    Can't find the information on the planning commission's site.  GreenvilleSC.gov.  I have not called, but if anyone has, can you please provide a link to the documentation?

    Will be interesting to see if https://greenvilleadventurecenter.com/ comes to fruition.  This plat is right next to the 58 lot subdivision off of Woodruff.

    So I emailed and was told construction should start on phase 3 in the next 2 months.

    What is the status of phase 2? Both phase 2 & 3 have diagrams on DP3's site. How are they related to Colliers International?
