After the YMCA pulled out of the agreement to develop that property Verdae was definitely lost on what to do next. At least there will be a pool component for Hollingsworth Park that comes out of this project since the pool and clubhouse will be separate from the subdivision. https://www.hollingsworthparkpool.com

Can't find the information on the planning commission's site. GreenvilleSC.gov. I have not called, but if anyone has, can you please provide a link to the documentation?

Wow, the Salters Rd subdivision sucks. I assume that prevents ever realigning Salters Rd to intersect Woodruff at the light with Mall Connector. Will be interesting to see how that gets approved as a portion of that plat is within the city of Greenville while a portion is not (part of Greenville county) Will be interesting to see if https://greenvilleadventurecenter.com/ comes to fruition. This plat is right next to the 58 lot subdivision off of Woodruff.

That's unfortunate to hear. First time hearing about any illness. My sentiment remains though. Change in leadership should be a good thing regardless of how or why that change was made.

So I emailed and was told construction should start on phase 3 in the next 2 months. What is the status of phase 2? Both phase 2 & 3 have diagrams on DP3's site.
