I’m wondering why they just repaved that parking lot if they’re just going to have to remove it.

All I know is it’s tall enough to hide a lake. With Citi Tower and the Modera my skyline view is filling in nicely. Any rumors about what might be coming next?

Part time Solaire resident here. Love the building and everything living downtown has to offer, but I gotta admit there is something about the look of this building that is a little off. I wouldn’t go as far as calling it hideous, but as I compare it to the Modera it sure looks blah. What exactly is missing and what did they do wrong?

I've been lurking on this board since I bought a 19th floor condo at the Solaire in January and figure I'll put in my two cents. We had a honest realtor who informed us of the Modera being built. We knew our view of the lake would be blocked, but didn't really mind. We love the building and the area. This is my view as of October 30th.
