If, and that's a BIG, IF AA were to threaten or downsize their CLT hub , United would be meeting with CLT officials the next day. They would be happy to finally have a true southeast hub. AA and CLT just needs to bite the bullet and replace B & C.

Flew home to visit the folks in Charlotte and took a few pics as well. DCA has been my home airport for the last 5 years. Nice to see some good progress at CLT! Now only if they can clean the concourse floors. I don’t know why it upsets me so much.

I just pray that the floors hold up better than the new floors in B/C. They are disgusting and embarrassing. Anybody know the cause? Cheap material? Lack of maintenance?

Anybody have an update on how the renovation of Concourse B is going? How’s the new floor looking? Haven’t sent an update on this topic in a while.

I'm sure Delta is doing some major lobbying to try and get Amazon to move to ATL. They have invested a great deal in starting a hub in Seattle that will only compliment their Hub empire in Atlanta.

CLT is on a roll today. New art work that will be placed in the expansion of Councourse A. Video also shows new renderings of the expansion. Looks amazing!
