Used to be so much info here! Where is everybody? I am wondering about who the owners or tenets will be in so many of the actively renovating or newly emptied buildings - 2 old pawn shops, Reggae Central, The old Presbyterian church, Slate Interiors and what is going on with the newly tacky/poorly painted Peculiar Rabbit?? Where's the best place or how does one find out on their own? Thank you!

I see lots of conversation and details about the new development going on at the Central and Pecan area, but no real clear details of the smaller strip mall where Ritas was. Does anyone know what's going on there? I would hate to lose any more businesses!

I agree that a hardware store would be Great! I also think we need a Italian restaurant in PM. Portofinos would do well closer in.
