Does anyone have the site plan for LIDL? Is that the only building on the property or will there be other retail like the Harris Teeter on South/Poindexter?

Is Lidl still sitting on the large piece of land on South BLVD? any chance of that being sold an redeveloped?

The condo building is basically sold out. They have started selling the quadplex but not the single family homes yet. They are pricing the homes at 1.1-1.35M for 3200-5000 sqft. I have no idea how they are all going to fit on that property and who in their right mind would pay that for absolutely no yard and sharing your driveway with 50 other people.

I may or may not have walked through the townhomes next to king of pops and it has to be the least efficient design I have ever seen They are 1100-1200 sq ft but feel smaller than an 800 ft condo I once had. The stair design eats up so much space and the 2nd "bedroom" is a joke. They had a really attractive price point but they are 1 bedroom units with a 1 car garage. Makes that 300k price not look so good. The Helix and Southpoint smaller units are so much better from a layout perspective.

its actually 3 bed 3.5 bath 2 car garage and a rooftop patio with another 350 sq ft....but who's counting.

I was referring to number 3. The carolina foundry land. They had gotten approval long before the sewer upgrade news so that's surprising they never got going.

Since you know all, when are the W Tremont townhomes going to start? Seems like that project has been in the works for years
