  2. Cost is a big aspect. Usually resi goes with concrete and office with steel. You can get intra-column widths of 40ish feet with steel and 16ish feet with concrete. Office tenants like big open spaces, so they get the extra investment into steel. 16' is a common room width, so the columns can usually be placed in dead space for residential projects. Not sure why they are going concrete here unless BoA doesn't care about open spaces or it is just so much cheaper that steel didn't make sense. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
