Have the hotel projects officially stalled? I haven't heard anything at all on this in a while.

Duke's Bread was only open for a short time and was replaced with something else last Fall.

Does anyone know what happened with the Nova's bakery renovation? They built on to the back last summer and the project has been just sitting unfinished since then...

I've heard that a Brueggers/Dunkin Donuts is eventually going in on the other side of the McDonalds where the abandoned restaurant currently stands.

It looks like they have started to fence off the pawn shop at Central and the train tracks and are preparing for demo...

The pawn shop next to the tracks has a sign out front that says "closing sale". Looks like the apartment project may actually be happening.

It looks like "Social Status" has finally re-opened and they are making some progress with "Workmen's Friend" (I spoke to the GC who said that they are still hoping for a late spring opening) as well as "Legion Brewing" (it looks like they delivered a bunch of dry wall the other day). That being said, has anyone heard anything about the 2 large apartments that have been proposed on Central on either side of the railroad tracks?
