I've heard they're taking over the vacant tattoo parlor next door and are working with the owners of Soul to step up their offerings from gallery/bar to include potential food service and other gallery programming. I'm not entirely sure how reliable this info is but thought I'd share.

That rendering is outdated. I'll see if I can get my hands on the latest.

They've been working to remove concrete over pour on the existing below grade foundation. That's mostly done now. A specialty contractor will install a perimeter earth retention system along the property lines next week. The installation of tower foundation macro piles start on 8/23.
