  1. I found something on the Shreveport document center that shows the remaining Sprague street row home is to be moved next to the baptist church and converted into a possible artist studio/performance house

  11. I'd think that would be amazing but lots of money and most likely has to stop in lafayette. It would be an economic feat for louisisana if it happens correctly.

  14. Very excited if that happens! The camp has closed and looks like there taking some things down, but I still don't know what's going across Ellerbe Road next to Cush's where the old photo studio was.

  16. The Norla Preservation Project is starting to move along their fundraiser is done and in the process of creating a commercial shotgun development around the St. Paul bottoms, but this is only part one of this amazing development.
  17. Downtown Shreveport is really getting its hands dirty with new revitalizations and developments all around its Louisiana history with shotgun homes to the music of Shreveport we are now truly going to be Louisiana's other side.

  20. If you look at the lofts@624 website the nearest grocer (that's open now, not in a year) is Brookshire's on line there should be a downtown grocer like Trader Joes or even The Fresh Market because there is lots of downtown buildings for sale. Maybe that could be the next development downtown.

  22. I heard rumor that the building being built in front of the Horseshoe Casino is a Hampton Inn
  23. Well Shreveport/Bossier area is gradually growing it wouldn't surpise me if we were geting new businesses
  24. I heard some talk about the Cafe Du Monde was going to be in a small piece of land in the heart of The Boardwalk in Bossier
