RRHA has been planning to sell these scattered site, single-family houses for some time now. The holdup is with obtaining HUD approval (these properties are encumbered by a HUD Declaration of Trust). I understand that this approval may be forthcoming.

This is Better Housing Coalition's adaptive re-use/infill development at the historic Beckstoffer's Mill site. A nice mix of historic rehab and energy-efficient urban infill.

The design is quite similar to the MeadWestvaco headquarters in downtown Richmond. Different architects though, at least from what I can tell.
