That's the difference between Louisiana and other states though. It seems in other states when something gets old and worn out they just tear it down to make room for another one. Also, if you're going to play the historic card you think they'd put a nice hotel there that could really showcase the history. Everything else is exciting though. I wish I would hear something about the downtown greenway soon though.
