Two things I'm wondering if anyone knows more about: 1) Saw a sign for La Unica Mexican food coming to the old Loco Lime spot - anyone know details? 2) And also saw the garage door up in that empty marble-faced building next to Pint Central - looks like they were working on it, had done drywall, etc. What's going in there? Is it part of Pint Central or something else entirely?

Anyone know what's going to happen with that space now that Hong Kong vintage on Central looks to be closing?

Anybody know what's going on at the vacant corner storefront of Thomas and Central? (across Thomas from Zada Jane's?) Used to be a hair salon but has been empty for a few months...looks like they're taping off all kinds of stuff on that front window. Anyone know if/when it's going to turn into something and what, if so?
