Can't give away too much but this wouldn't be hometown bank, rather a large bank with a presence in Charlotte including Capital Markets, IB, Corporate groups here in town.

Didn't know where else to post this but a bank with a smaller but growing presence in Charlotte (can't disclose) is looking to anchor a mid-rise with signage opportunities in the next year or two in/around uptown. Portman and office building on Morehead/Tryon being developed seem to be the two obvious candidates but lack of current space might force an earlier move to an existing building (i.e. Nascar)

Bids went out this past week for the Ram site on Worthington and Camden (across from Design Center). 24-26 story apartments with retail per a source. Could be South End's new tallest.

Does anyone know when the expansion to Concourse E will be completed?
