Does anyone know what RISD is doing with the storefront on the corner of Weybosset and Union? Construction is underway.

Pretty much sums it up for me.

If it's still around I'd stay away from Bishop Realty as well. I think the commission system is different in Prov vs. other cities, isn't it? Here, only the landlords pay the real estate agents to find tenants, other places the tenants often have to pay the agent a fee for finding an apartment.
