Sounds interesting. In a similar vein, MSU's Land Policy Institute is hosting a conference (in Lansing April 14 and 15) that will talk about the things that make vibrant, prosperous communities -- like green areas, cultural opportunities, the kinds of things that attract "knowledge workers."
