McCain Mall will make a comeback. Simon is to blame for some problems, Dillard's is responsible for itself. I think Simon is spending a little more money on McCain and the new manager seems dedicated to turn the mall around. I know they made a change in janitorial and maintenance so look for some major work getting done to improve the looks. Keep in mind that Sears, Penney's and Dillard's manage their own buildings and parking areas. The old MM Cohn building is not even owned by Simon. Give Simon some time. They are making an effort.
