New ariel photos of the VUE

They are pouring 44 and 43 is where the second cut back is - 43rd is also where the 2 other huge balconies are - over 700 square feet each I believe - should give it a really cool look once they get a few more floors up.

New Skyline shots from the VUE The VUE has posted some pretty nice shots from the building - I know how everyone likes photos so take a look. Pretty impressed - would love to see some at night though!

I've been told the actual building isn't on the tour, it would be too dangerous to take people in there at this point - The sales center is participating in the tour and will be one of the stops for people to visit and get an idea of the developments uptown. Also the unit is only going to be decorated for a very short time and will not be open to the public. I'm hoping we can look forward to some great new pictures in the near future.

Talking about seeing through the windows - I walked by today and it looks like there is furniture in lowest SE corner unit. I think it is one of the larger ones with the private garage. Maybe a model?

Not quite sure why this is even an issue, I have been in the Sales Center several times and even asked about schools. The salesperson told me all the correct information, the school assignment is West Charlotte High and was shown to me in a booklet along with all the area private schools which I'm sure is more were the buyers are more likely to send there kids if they lived in this building. I took the liberty to look on the VUE's listing and the school assignment is correct on them also. Doesn't seem like any deception going on here just someone trying to start a rumour. Why not concentrate on the positive that this building is being built and will be a great addition to Charlotte. With everything else being scrapped I'm sure there will be a pretty good demand for this product over the next few years.

You would be correct, it is the stairwell, at the top you can see one of the large private balconies that belongs to the loft unit on that side. I believe it is around 900 sq ft.

The Three Retail units all have there own entrances. The VUE is still considered a single use Residential building as the retail doesn't use the Lobby entrance.
