Something should be done with all the water in there. I dont know how secure the lot is but that place looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. With or without any progress being made with WES just having a big hole full of water is rediculous.

If anyone can find that post it. I found the video from channel 2 where TG is talking about lowering the number of condos and how he had a major company that wants to lease part of the tower but I didnt catch a 3d view of downtown with everything complete.
