Anyone familiar with the Cedar Gables project going up on Matheson Ave? The first phase (8 townhomes) is essentially complete. I really think this is a cool little area with a great neighborhood feel. It seems like the upscale area surrounding Charlotte Country Club is beginning to expand outward.

So what is everyone's best guess on price points for Catalyst. Ads say starting in the 180's. What would you expect for an 800 sqft, 1BR/1BA? Also, do you think homeowners dues will be in line with Avenue? I'm curious to see where these units are priced.

Does anyone know how the pre-sales will work for the Catalyst? Is it a first-come, first-serve deal or will there be a lottery? Thanks in advance!
