Yeah, its a pretty sweet development; very big for downtown. The article said that it is a 10-15 year project, but construction should start sometime this year on the entrance (railroad underpass). I'm willing to wait if they are serious about it, it seems like a pretty ambiguous project. I wonder how this effects River Place; if its even still in the works.

2 The Advocate I found an article on 2 the Advocate this morning about the River Park development. It has a few renderings and has some information about the development, pretty cool stuff.

Hey everybody, I am new to Urbanplanet. I wanted to compliment dan on his Baton Rouge skyline renderings (I ran across this page yesterday). The other day (Sunday) I picked up a copy of the 25th anaversary Business Report and I noticed the page with those buildings. I couldn't help but wonder what the skyline would look like if they would have been built. Speaking of dead projects, does anybody have any updates on the redesign of Riverplace?
