She needs a place to live, so probably. She was kicked out of Club Paris, spent some time in jail, has her house up for sale...why not? Regarding the new steak place on Church Street...do we need another steak place which more than likely will have a meal in the $20 range? As a downtown resident, I don't understand why a medium priced restaurant cannot make it. Are there just not enough of us? In the past few years we have seen the fall of Lake Eola Yaught Club (later Center Street Cafe), Too Jays, Central St Market. Although I frequent the higher end restaurants, I don't want to eat there everyday. Why has the Breakfast Club or Caffe Ritazza expanded their hours to the evening? From what I hear Urban Flats is doing well, but they have a very limited menu.

Unfortunately I think we are stuck with it for the long haul. To buy out all the residents at a premium (as well as dealing with the greedy hold-outs) will make the site untouchable for development. If they continue to defer maintenance; however, maybe the city can condemn it.

I think the NJPAC looks like a baseball stadium. Hopefully our southern flavor will cause it to look nothing like theirs.

Yeah, even when I purchase post-conversion in the Waverly where no construction needed to be done, my closing, which was among the first, was delayed 2 weeks because their lawyers forgot to file the condo docs and the title could not be issued. However, delayed closings are probably the worst PR one can have because a home purchase is so emotional.

I got two spots with my unit, but I did buy a 5X5 storage for $6263.

I am on the 27th floor and they are telling me closing still will be in December. I got my mortgage commitment 2 months ago, but I know people will have a very difficult time getting Jumbo mortgages, and of course there will be many that wait until the last moment to apply.

I was in the sales office today to sign an addendum to my contract for the storage unit and they said closings are Starting September 17, and they should remain on target. (although I think 9/17 is about two weeks late).
