I read in the WS Journal and the Triad Business Journal that there is a building on Fourth Street that is to be auctioned. Evidently, they need to settle an estate. The location is nice on 4th St across from the Chamber of Commerce and next door to Foothills Brewery. It will be interesting to see how the auction fares in this economy.
