I would assume even if they have 13 acres for this, for planning purposes you need some extra space around! BTW, have you actually been in Ski Dubai? do you think that a smaller scale would be apropriate, or would it be too small?

I'm sorry it looks too real, try calling the sales team yourself! If you think about it, they are taking additional 10 acres for that, plus they are using the left building site, you figure it out!, maybe they'll make something on a smaller scale, but the idea is there!

I spoke to somebody in the sales team 2 weeks ago, he verified that they have secured a contract with Ski Dubai to erect an Indoor Ski Resort, in order to bring this in they acquired an additional 10 acres as well as reducing the plan to 2 towers (the small tower on the left is being removed). They claim that they will still have 1,300 condos and they will be split up between those 2 big buildings, however they will not offer any 3-2 (3 bedroom 2 bathroom), instead they will offer more studios!
