I love this site and check it regularly but it's funny how it will die for 3 weeks before a flurry of activity, only to die off again. I'm excited about the Morningside project, ready to see some floorplans....and they're still grading the site....guess i should relax.

Has anyone seen any updates on the Morningside development that Graham was doing? I know the demo was done this summer but have updated plans been released? All i can find are the original ones. thx

First time poster also. I'm over on Nandina near Lulu's, have been for 4 years. I have to say that i love this forum and have learned alot in the last hour perusing the postings. I rarely leave the neighborhood for entertainment or dining so I'm psyched to see more of it coming to us. Thanks for all the great info everyone.
