Whatever happened to the highrise project on the Lake Front - can't remember the name? Haven't heard anything about it in a while Also in response to the apartment question - I am in favor of the highrise on Poydras. I think it is a great opportunity for vertical living. TO me at least there should be a good market for a brand new construction highrise. I am sure the plan at the end of the day is for a condo conversion - but I think it would be a great opportunity for that area if this comes to fruition - doesn't the developer have the Civic Lofts right around the corner

What is bidclerk - i was not following that website when I looked at it. where is crescent towers to be built or is this the building that I heard has some major issues

I think I am more interested in new construction or something basically like that. What about the Crescent towers. I read something about that.

I think I would like to live in the city I guess CBD or warehouse district. Are there any good projects there. i think the lake kind of scares me away after all the stuff that happened there. Also do you know anything about condo fees in new orleans

i am new to the area. Born and raised in the delta of MS. I am thinking about buying a second home in New Orleans (condo) and trying to decide where to buy. Any ideas?
