Wow all I can say is Florida is flat and trees cover up alot of our infrastructure. And our downtown still has a way to go, but hey it's all good.

I agree, "worn" is a good choice of word. Sometimes I feel our local gov't has given up on Sanford and if you notice all other cities surrounding it are alot nicer. Just my opinion.

Funny how these areas don't wanna be associated with Sanford. Is Sanford that bad of a city?

Just for the last week or so. I've seen city workers digging up the pavement on the road for the left turn lane onto Howell Branch heading towards Aloma. Police have also been there blocking the lanes. Maybe they're just doing repairs, but it hasn't been pretty.

It's really simple for my folks in Florida. If you moved down here (esp. snowbirds) and expected to retire with peace and quietness. Then you chose the wrong state. I hate when I hear people complain about the growth and it's changing to much. You can't stop growth and if you don't like it move to New Mexico, Montana, or South Dakota.

Orlando is the next big thing outside of Miami and Atlanta. Just wait I give it 10 years.
