the loft floor plans are awesome. I asked about those originally and they said they had some on the 10th floor for 419,000(probably less sq footage). Sounds like the first buyers made a pretty good investment.

I was wondering if anyone here had a unit reserved at the vue. I just called out of curiosity and the studios are going for 349,000. whoa

actually the westside opened up around 98. I only remember because I hung out there when it first opened being a senior in high school.

you're right and the plaza is coming along very nicely but keep in mind they aren't 20 ft away from a residential building. I guess I'll just have to invest in some earplugs...but then I'll sleep right through the alarm clock..hmmm

thanks for the tip, I got blinds the first week I moved in. Although I'm a guy so I don't know how much I have to worry about construction workers.

I know it's to be expected but weren't they supposed to be abiding by some restrictions?...like not before 6 am or after 10 pm. The trucks were just sitting there with the engines running and I could hear an intermittent hiss noise like hydraulics or something.... extremely annoying at 3 am

I just thought everyone would maybe like to know...the cement mixers were there bright and early at 3 am getting ready for the second floor. ummhmm yeah...who needs sleep? No it's ok I was happy to have all five of them parked outside my window.

these people are ridiculous. Pure ignorance..I think they may have seen one too many movies about the "evil developers" who will build there unless they can pay by midnight.

hey just so you guys know, I live right next to where the vue is being built in orlando and if their progress here is any indication, yours should go up pretty quickly.

I think it's specific to each individual contract.

I live right next door(metro) and I can definitely see the progress everyday. Our view from the pool deck is going to be nice once it's done, not to mention the convenience of whatever retail will be on the ground floor.

I guess they complain because it is a constant nuisance rather than occasional such as police, trains, etc..

I live at the metropolitan and I have heard some people complaining about it. My view is to the west so I don't have to worry about it but soon I'll have dynetech construction to complain about. I guess we'll have to deal with these "growing pains" for a little bit.
