  2. I wonder what is different about PF Changs in Florida? I've been several times in NoVA (Northern Virginia) and in Columbia, MD (between DC and Baltimore) -- both of these very good. I'm not a big Chinese food fan (ate traditional american chinese food too much while growing up), but I love PF Changes. A new one just opened in DT Baltimore at the Inner Harbor where I now live. I have yet to check this one out.
  3. Anybody have more/current info? Winter Park developer tries new approach Orlando Business Journal - May 4, 2007by Dan PingStaff Writer WINTER PARK -- A controversial Winter Park development company is charging forward with a new project that could do more than change the neighborhood -- it could change the city's planning process. Central Park Station Partners, the firm pushing the Carlisle on Central Park, plans to redevelop a 5.5-acre site at the intersections of Orange Avenue, South Denning Drive and Minnesota Drive. The company wants to build a mixed-use project on property vacated by Progress Energy.

    The VUE

Great pics TIM3167! What is the festival taking place? It's unseasonably cold here in Baltimore, MD. Wish I was there!
  5. Speaking from experience...I used to live down the street from the Total Wine & More in Alexandria, VA, and I went there all the time. I live in Baltimore, MD, now but I still go to the Alexandria store whenever I am in that area. They have an amazing and massive inventory, and they stock products from the basics to high caliber (including proper temperature control when called for). The prices are superior to anywhere else. This is definitely not a boutique wine store (I go to one in Baltimore on the other side of the waterfront from my house), but you can't beat the selection and deals for everything else.

    The Plaza

Good analysis. The rental list has had many changes in size and specific units -- anything but static.
  7. Last time I was at Horton Plaza was in July 1996. It was anything but cheezy. It's in the heart of everything, close to the waterfront (boardwalk, shopping, etc), the convention center, trolley, restaurants and entertainment. Maybe it has suffered from sitting in the sun too long and needs a little highlighting!
  8. Great pics! and thanks for the captions (makes it easier for those of who are out of state and/or not as familiar).
  9. What is the building in the distance and to the right of the glass building? And to what project does the crain belong? And for that matter, what is the glass building? Thx.
  10. I don't live there and most of these acronyms mean nothing. Anybody? Help please! ...and this is related to o-town development how?

Thanks for the info! How does one find out about the assignments that are still available? Can you give some examples of reasons why some were given preferential treatment to assign units? A reliable source told me that only four units had closed so far. I'm sure timing can make that number vary.

Okay, but I don't understand the reference to 'elevator use'. Explain? Thx.

An agent from the Solaire, or where? On a side note -- based on the timestamp of this post, it looks like the server supporting this forum has not been updated to reflect DST.
