Upscale apartments coming into Siegen Marketplace:
Peek-Howe Real Estate has closed on 12 acre site between Books-A-Million and Tinseltown movie theater where it plans to build an upscale apartment complex. The company bought the land for $2.4 million in a deal that closed Friday. The Tuscany Villas complex will have 274 units, with amenities such as an indoor sports court, a resort style swimming pool and attached garages. The complex is set to open in spring 2007.
