  1. Wasn't there a proposal to build a hotel inside Ford Field a few years ago?
  2. ^ On this map, I only see Westside Park, Piedmont Park, Waterworks Park, Maddox Park, and North Avenue Park. Peachtree Creek Park, Hillside Park, Enota Park, Ardmore Park, and Holtzclaw Park can't be seen on the map. I don't remember a Boulevard Crossing Park as part of the plan.
  3. As part of the North Avenue Park, should the City Hall East be renovated or demolished? If so, what will it become?
  4. ^ What portion of the redevelopment will include greenspace?
  5. Chicago Spire is under construction as of August 2007 and should be completed by 2010.
  6. How come the Detroit City Airport is named "Coleman A. Young International Airport" if it ain't even up to international standards? The runways are too short, the terminals are inadequate, and it has no scheduled passenger airline service. Also, it's a boring airport.
  7. There needs to be some new plans for the Lafayette Building renovation, making the building accommodate 110 condominiums and commercial space.
  8. A new arena is to be constructed in Baltimore to replace the 1st Mariner Arena. i tried to plan a renovation of the arena, but I found out that the arena has served its useful life and must be demolished. The parking garage next to it may be demolished also.
  9. About the Indianapolis International Airport project, once the new terminal opens, the existing terminal will be demolished and a new 8000-foot runway will be constructed.
  10. An east side Detroit neighbourhood bordered by East Jefferson, Alter, Warren, and Conner, filled with vacant lots, dilapidated housing, and boarded-up businesses will have 3000 homes, green spaces, and a vibrant shopping centre. Many of those homes are probably for rich people to spur up more business in Detroit and help reverse the city's population loss.
