Rebirth of Downtown Chattanooga (2006 and on)

The Greenlife Grocery is set to be across from the One North Shore project; approx 200 units with 6 floors of condos above a retail level, views of the river, concierge and doorman service, and what looks like other hotel-like amenities. I was told that it is based on the metropolis in mid-town atlanta. Construction is supposed to begin in the 4th quarter of 2006. Website: www.onenorthshore.com
