Hi there, I live in Connecticut and work in Providence, near the East Side. I have been commuting for almost two years and am thinking of taking the plunge and moving. As a single female, would you guys consider the East Side a relatively safe place? Also, I have a dog and can't quite figure out how "dog friendly" the city is. Thanks much!! Kirsten
