They have one at Legends in Kansas City,KS. It's a Kids type Retsrauant. Orlando needs more types of these kinds of Restaruants. They closed the Cheeseburger and Paradise in Leawood,KS. but it is a good place to eat.

Their was also a Winn Dixie across the street from a 7-11 that was by a road to get to like to Sam's Club and so on and also close to a road that would take you by St. Mary M. Church. The next close Grocery store before Longwood on 17/92 is Publix and Target.

Does I Drive need more Commercial or Places to Sleep?

What I mean is you will get thru Orlando faster now. Now if they can make I-4 that all the way from Daytona Beach to Tampa Bay that would be good with Light Rail part of it. LA theirs to many Chase going on their.

But the Outside of it is not in Orange. Nice Pictures here. The one next to the old Lynx Station looks like the Small Building could have been a Mexican Restaruant or something else.

Probley the only Commercial you will see on their is Gas Stations and maybe McDonalds.

Maitland BLVD Extension has started, Story in today's Newspaper. Means more land to development Office,Commercial Buildings and also more Stop Lights.

A nice Bridge need more of them in Seminole County. Where up the street meaning by what because I fought their wasn't any land available for it. I hope it's not next to Staples because that's in Fern Park and not Maitland.

Light Rail would be good from Stanford to Tampa Bay on I-4. It would have also lines going to the East to OIA,Beaches,Sea World,408,436,Kennedy Space Center,Kissimmee,so on and to the West Disney World,441,19,50,1792 past Disney World and so on. Also could have Lines on Florida Turnpike,95,75 and so on. A Subway system might work here because it's underground from Stanford to Tampa Bay along I-4 with same as above but underground.

Because probley 408 and so on want your money. Parts of 441 are a highway and also 19 is but you can't get to Orlando from their I think. Orlando needs some more West side Highways because it has enoth East side ones.

Between Lake Mary and Altamonte Springs would be a good place for a Highway to go to 75 and 95 and in between. 436 doesn't count because it has lots of Commercial on it going to OIA.

Theirs to many Stoplights by 436 and I-4 so getting rid of one of them will solve the problem but that could mean getting somewhere more faster. The ones Off and On to I-4 from 436 are staying and also like by Uptown Altamonte Springs is staying to.

Are they really tring to expand I-4 their or what in that picture? They can't expand it up by 436.

Does that Shopping Plaza have a name yet and any Tenants/Ouparcels yet? Steak and Ale/Dairy Queen was on South Eastside of 436/50 while Heinzelman/MacInerney/Greenway Ford was on the South Westside of 436/50.
