bye bye Keys Hello Miami!

Just saw the biggest jellyfish I've ever seen in the wild just in time to not walk into its path! It was so gorgeous/graceful. Good thing the water is clear (no worries, haven't seen any others.) Also spotted some pretty large sting rays n crabs just feet away.

nothing like rolling out of bed and walking ten feet to the ocean. And then being able to walk another 200ft out into the ocean in two feet deep, crystal clear water and just laying out on a sandbar. Just sayin

you know those storms that seem way overdone in movies and you think (man, there's never actually been a storm like that) that always seem to be on tropical islands... Now I understand, holy crap last night was crazy

already ecstatic about this campsite, crabs, lizards, fish. My phone camera sucks on close ups so you'll have to wait on pics.

that settles it, I've officially been to more fast food places in the last two days than I have in the last month. At least a wrap from pollo tropical is kinda healthy...

and so starts my vacation a year in the making

it figures the Panthers are playing a preseason game in Miami the week AFTER I'll be there... meh

drop, gas prices, drop! We're driving 2k miles two days from now. Every penny dropped between now and then is gonna count!

leave late friday afternoon or leave really early saturday morning? this and getting a haircut are the only two concerns I have right now

yay no power! Man, this vacation can't come soon enough
