Nobody's checking for Shreveport/Bossier City j/k. At least we all growing, that's good.

The 15 fastest declining cities included 7 from Vernon Parish. With unemployment fluctuating in Vernon from 2.5-3.3% (the lowest in central Louisiana), and with the development they have going on there, I'm rather skeptical of some of these numbers. The Census Bureau's estimates seem to assume once a locale starts to grow it continues to grow. And apparently the inverse is true - once a locale starts to decline it continues to decline. I could be wrong, but I find it very hard to believe some of those figures are true.

True Rardy; I have seen other census list that were not exactly the same figures either. It's confusing.
