  • Description: The development planned for the intersection of South Elm Street and Lee Street in downtown Greensboro will be built in 5 phases and take 12 years to complete. The project will include apartments, condos, office space, retail, community space, a hotel, an international market and hidden parking decks. The development could also include a proposed 105,000 sq ft downtown university center which would have office space, class rooms and lab space for all of Greensboro's colleges and universities.
