This type of development is fine with me. I like efficient use of land, and as long as tehre aren't acres and acres of parking to go with the urban big boxes, then I see no problem with them.

Man, I would be at the Home Depot everyday for lunch if they built one in the downtown at work in. There is certainly a large urban revival going on here,but HD already has a couple of stores not far away from the city. Maybe a Lowe's? Hmmmm....

If only I had some semblance of clout in this city....
