In my neck of the woods PennDOT is redoing 5 miles of interstate in the city after a massive repaving project just a year ago to make the road "maintaince free for 20 years" seems the super pavement cracked like a pringles chip the first winter! Wonder if PennDOT is going to the New Hampshire School of Transportation Infrastructure or vice versa.
