No pics, but concrete pads for one of the Boxcar apartment buildings and the renovated warehouse have been partially poured.  Roof starting to go up on the warehouse building as well.

Found a for-lease listing for the Boxcar commercial building.  They're marketing it as Class A Retail/Office/Restaurant.  It's 3,430 SF, which is only a portion of the building's footprint.  I presume the rest of the building will contain amenities for the apartment residents.

Boxcar update: the pad closest to Forest Ave was poured, and the elevator shaft is basically at full height.

No pics, but they've installed the curbing for the parking lot at the Boxcar apartments.

First floor framing is up on the building without the elevator and stair towers at Boxcar.  Also, windows are being installed on the commercial building.

Anybody got any idea why there has been no construction on the Glendale connector to rail trail in like 3 weeks. All they are doing on the lower end is diverting the road to where Hilton Street is and building the new bridge. The upper part is at a stand still. I figured with all the good weather we'd see some progress but I guess its probably too hot and they are gonna wait until fall.

Two floors on the one Boxcar apartment building, one floor on the other.  The commercial building continues with facade and window installation.

This project will probably be complete or mostly complete by year's end.

Saw a banner about the Boxcar Apts website, which is now up.  Website says February 2025 for completion.  Seems a bit ambitious, but I could see the 3-story building being move-in ready by then.  New renderings from the website:

Though I wasn't able to photograph the adjacent retail / office space that building looks to be moving well along.

P&C article confirms that Ciclops Cyderi is indeed relocating to the retail building at Boxcar.
