I found this article from 1999 pertaining to a Meijer gas station with a Wendy's in it.

I have seen them around. There is the one Nitro mentioned above and also one on 44th Street between Kalamazoo and Breton on the South side of the road.

I know that there is one in Lansing, and they are selling out lots for one that was not built Portland, MI.

Here is the list of C-Stop locations:

5960 Alpine Ave NW (Alpine Twp)

1600 28th St SW (Wyoming)

1920 44th St SW (Kentwood)

3000 Walker Ave NW (Walker)

250 76th St SW (Byron Twp)

4019 S Martin Luther King Blvd (Lansing)

1220 N Lafayette Street (Greenville)

1701 E Grand River Ave (Portland)

Only the first three on this list (Alpine Ave, 28th St, and 44th St) are a Meijer C-Stop/Wendy's restaurant combination. The location in Greenville is in front of the old Meijer building on M-91 and became a C-Stop by default when the store moved to the west side of town. The site in Portland has a Wendy's restaurant, but the Meijer C-Stop gas station was never built, and as mentioned that portion of the land is now for sale.
