Does anyone know what they are building just south of 20?

I don't know, but I do see a big road behind those trees and a lot of construction when I take I-20 on Tuesday's.

Probably a subdivision. Try looking at Richland County's planning website.

That area seems like its more industrial than residential. Hmmm, I gotta find out lol

I believe it's a neighborhood. I think it was mentioned a while back that Steve Benjamin was helping to develop it.

I suspected it was industrial myself. Kinda a rough lace to put a neighborhood in. The Satet did an article not to long ago about the area just north of 20 off Monticello. It mentioned a new development, but I thought it was north of 20.
