Century 21 Hawaii starts Hispanic sales team

Recommended Posts

Real estate firm Century 21 All Islands has launched a Hispanic sales team to target the demographic in Hawaii.

"We are pleased to be able to participate in this growing segment of the Hawaii market," said President James W. Wright.

Century 21 claims to be the first major real estate firm in the United States to develop products and services directed toward the Hispanic market.

Over the next 20 years, Hispanics are expected to account for 40 percent of all new homeowners nationally, according to the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.

The firm has both agent-training programs and marketing strategies tailored to the Hispanic community.

A team of 11 Century 21 Realtors -- posted in locations from Waikiki to Kailua and Lahaina, Maui -- is fluent in Spanish.

Century 21 All Islands, the largest Century 21 franchisee in Hawaii, has 12 offices covering the four major islands, with 350 sales agents, brokers and support staff. The company closed more than $542 million in sales in 2003.
