This is the parcel that a member mentioned the other day. It is on Apalachee Parkway's Access road, adjacent to the Bennigan's Site.

What do you guys think the height of this thing will be? 3 or 4 stories?

And do you really think it will be completed by Winter '08? I'll be generous and say Summer '08 b/c we know it will rain at least one day this winter and as we've learned w/road construction......one rainy day equals 30 more days of extended construction.
