details on South Elm Street development to be revealed

Tommorrow's edition of the News & Record will reveal more details about the South Elm Street development proposed for downtown. The News & Record is teasing us a little. It said that there will be a few surprises included in the plan so I cant wait to see what they are. I cant wait til the development gets underway and the great thing is that it will connect with Southside.

The redevelopment plan is posted on the www.southelmstreet.com website. I think I'm in love with what's in store for this area. The before and after renderings are amazing. Construction is set to begin in 2008.
