Walmart Grand Haven

A friend of mine on the Grand Haven township board told me that they are going to be reviewing site plans for a super Walmart potentially next week. Looking at the drawings, it appears that they are requiring brick on all sides and pretty extensive landscaping throughout the development. I guess if you are going to have one of these built you might as well require that they do it right! It will be interesting to see how this turns out.
