I don't know anything about the House of Blues, but it surely looks like a nice addition to DT Cleveland. I liked the drawings... House Of Blues seems to blend nicely with its surroundings. Is Euclid District the primary entertainment district for Cleveland?

No, Euclid isn't the primary entertainment district in Cleveland. In my opinion, right now Cleveland's main entertainment district is the Warehouse district, which is also downtown. But I believe that the HOB on Euclid will help spread some of the entertainment around downtown more than it already is.
