Great article. As ive stated before this is one of my most favorite areas. I agree with the article that the Salemtown area will be totally differnt 5 years from now. Landlords are not gonna want to pay high property taxes on run down rental duplexes it just dont happen. IMO some of the more run down propertys in the area will be the first to be razed for new development. Its nice to see areas like this being reclaimed by good people who take care of their property. This is definitely an area I will be looking at when I'm ready to sell my home.
